Day Two of the Quote Challenge

So...now we are at day TWO of the quote challenge.  And I've got some good ones!

My first quote is from another of my favorite authors, and a great christian man.  The kid in me just loves this quote; growing up (and still today) I always loved to hear fairy tales and adventures stories where good triumphed over evil.  Who doesn't love a good knight against dragon story?

Number TWO; wow, this quote is so true!  Right now I'm at a point in my life where I feel completely incapable of doing all that I know God wants me to accomplish in my life.  I'm trying to constantly remind myself that I can do all things, not on my own, but through CHRIST who strengthens me! 

I'm trying to be less afraid of other people' opinions of me.  God's opinion is the only one that truly matters in the end.  This doesn't mean I can just go around being rude to everyone, but it does mean that in matters of principle I should stand like a rock.  <- And that's a quote itself.  

Wow, I'm really enjoying this quote challenge.  It's bringing to my remembrance so many awesome truths.  Isn't that cool?  How God can take a seemingly small and ordinary thing and use it to encourage you?  

Isn't God just so awesome?!
